How much of my payment will go to charity?

100% of the proceeds benefit charity.

Where are you donating the proceeds?

Character will donate 100% of the proceeds to Doctors Without Borders/Médecins Sans Frontieres (MSF), an international humanitarian organization that provides aid in nearly 60 countries to people whose survival is threatened by violence, neglect, or catastrophe, primarily due to armed conflict, epidemics, malnutrition, exclusion from health care, or natural disasters. How are your posters printed?

Our posters are digital giclée prints. All prints are created at the Character Studio, in San Francisco, CA.

Do you use archival paper?

Yes, all posters are printed on Hahnemühle Smooth Fine Art (256 gsm) archival paper.

How are orders shipped and how much are shipping fees?

Unframed posters are rolled in a sturdy chipboard tube, packed and shipped via USPS Priority Mail from the Character Studio in San Francisco, CA. Shipping fees are accessed during the Checkout Process and based on USPS Priority Mail Rates. 

Can I order the poster framed?

Unfortunately, we do not offer framed posters at this time.

How long before my order arrives?

Orders are processed weekly. Character ships all orders in batches every Friday except on holidays. Delivery via USPS Priority Mail typically takes 2 business days.

Can I get my order expedited?

Not at this time, sorry.

Do you ship internationally?

No, sorry, not at this time. Character ships within the Continental USA and Puerto Rico.

What about returns?

If your poster arrives damaged, it may be returned within 30 days of receipt of purchase for a 100% refund. Please contact us at shopatcharactersf.com if such damage should occur. Your order will be refunded once we receive your return.

What methods of payment do you accept?

Payments are processed through Paypal. Paypal accepts all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Cards, including Visa check cards and debit cards.

How do I know if my order has been processed?

You will receive an email confirmation of your order.

Will I be charged for sales tax?

We are required to add 9.5% sales tax to all California addresses.
